Girls Inc. of Holyoke is accepting resumes for seasonal positions. We are seeking creative, energetic individuals who want to spend their summer inspiring girls to be strong, smart and bold.
Responsibilities include running innovative programs for girls, assisting with program scheduling, facilitating groups focused on literacy, leadership, health and wellness, science, technology, engineering, art, & math (STEAM), and outdoor activities. Assist in coordinating a girl-centered learning environment.
Positions available in our EEC licensed elementary school summer program working with girls age 5-12 and our middle and high school program, working with girls age 13-18.
Great opportunity for individuals interested in educational fun. Positions are full time, 40 hours per week and start on or after June 6, 2016 and end on or before September 2, 2016. Limited part time positions available. Applicants with First Aid, CPR and/or Lifeguard certifications are encouraged to apply. High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a summer program or out-of-school environment. Valid driver’s license required. Driver credentialing and CORI checks required. Qualified Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply. EOE
