Job opportunity - Eureka! Program Coordinator

The Eureka! Program Coordinator will work closely with the Eureka! Director to oversee all aspects of the five-year Eureka! Program which aims to build middle and high school girls’ confidence through achievement opportunities in math, science, technology, careers and sports. Eureka! is a nationally-recognized college and career-readiness STEM education program.  Eureka! scholars are 8th -12th grade girls, many of whom are first generation college students, curious and creative about STEM.

During the summer months, the girls are served by an intensive, academic program held on the UMass Amherst campus, and by an externship component that places them at work sites in the community. During the school year, girls participate in Eureka! Saturday programs including hands-on workshops and college tours, family dinners, and special events and programs.
