Position: Program Facilitator
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Elementary School Programs, the Program Facilitator will be responsible for program development and delivery (topics include: STEAM, Health & Wellness Programming, Academic Success, and Economic Literacy); facilitation of Girls Inc. curricula and innovative EEC licensed after school programs for girls age 5 – 12.

QUALIFICATIONS
-    2 years of experience in formal or informal educational settings.
-    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-    Ability to work independently and as a team member.
-    Ability to network with other organizations.
-    Experience with relevant technologies.
-    Self-starter, ability to problem solve, and quick thinking with attention to detail.
-    Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
-    Valid driver’s license required.  


Position: Assistant Program Facilitator
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Elementary School Programs, the Assistant Program Facilitator will be responsible for assisting with program development and delivery (topics include: STEAM, Health & Wellness Programming, Academic Success and Economic Literacy); assisting with facilitation of Girls Inc. curricula and innovative EEC licensed after school programs for girls age 5 – 12.
