We are currently seeking an After School and Out-of-School Time Program Administrator
for our innovative, fully enrolled, EEC licensed Elementary School Program for girls ages 5 – 12.
The ideal candidate will manage, plan, coordinate, implement and administer EEC licensed out-of-school and after school programs for girls ages 5 – 12. Our programs place emphasis on literacy and academic success, science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM), economic literacy, and health and wellness skills. You will work with students, families, community agencies, volunteers, and local schools to ensure alignment with program content. Responsibilities include focus on EEC regulations, education planning, program integrity and oversight, supervision and staff development, program recruitment and enrollment.
Required experience and skills: Associate’s Degree in relevant field; 1 year experience working with school age children, plus 6 months administrative experience or 9 college credits in management or administration. EEC program management, program and curriculum development and facilitation; membership recruitment, scheduling and staff supervision. Microsoft Office and good computer skills. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with co-workers, program participants, and parents. Bi-lingual skills desirable.
